About Us - Woolabrai Meredith

Woolabrai Pty Ltd was established in March 1996 and began operating from the Meredith store in October 1996. Previously, the store had been trading as Meredith Wool for numerous years. Once operating purely as wool buyers, Woolabrai is now also a substantial rural merchandise and supplies business, carrying an enormous range of stock to cater to the needs of the rural communities around Meredith.

Woolabrai is owned and operated by Pat and Helen Banks who both have extensive rural backgrounds and have lived in the area for many years. With the help of their five children and dedicated team of staff, Helen and Pat have been servicing the area for ten years. 

Woolabrai's helpful team include Ken Mason, Mark Condon, Victoria Condon, and Lucy Crabb. Ken has been working full time at the woolstore for almost ten years now, and Mark for three years.
